Season One introduces:
15 new styles of Augments - 135 unique combinations of family class and variants
5 new colors of Adsynth, Subsynth, and Lume Crystals - 15 new cosmetic crystals
3 new Energy Boosts to power-up your Steps to Energy conversion
New HP Stats
Introducing the 4th stat, HP. HP comes with a familiar % boost modifier similar to other stats and will prove useful the upcoming competitive features of the game.
Style Set Bonuses
As mentioned in Town Hall, one of the major releases of Season 1 is the concept of Style Sets. Collecting all Augments of a style will provide an additional stat bonus when used in-game.
Jurassic Set: 15% Boost to Speed
Aviana Set: 10% Boost to HP
Cetacia Set: +4 pts across all stats
Crafting Energy Boosts
Three new Energy Boosts (1.1x, 1.2x, and 1.5x) are now craftable, but unlike Alkali Energy boost, these are consumable one time use boosts to your step to energy conversion rate.
New Season Crafting Pricing
Updated pricing has been released for the Season ending the Season 0 discount period. We’ve taken a lot of feedback from the community and our own analysis of the markets to arrive at what we hope is a good stable baseline for this Season. That said, recipes can always be dynamic so there may be fluctuations in prices in the future and we’re always open to your feedback.
New Subsynth Recipe
By popular demand from a proposal created in DNA, we’ve introduced a new randomized Subsynth Crystal recipe that very much mirrors the Adsynth one for simplicity and balance. Shout out to those in DNA who made the suggestion and helped arrive at this solution!
Reduced Time to Craft for Reagents
We removed the 5 minute time to craft requirement for Reagents to allow more seamless Augment creation. You still need to claim the crafted Reagents, but won't need to wait.
Marketplace Update
Magic Eden has been updated with a new shelf with 4 Augment collections separated by Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Legendary - https://magiceden.io/creators/genopets This should help sorting through a bit easier on their site as well.
Mystery Box Update
As promised, Mystery boxes will open in Season 1, but you’ll have to hold on just a little longer. With boxes still owed to Genovians who had multiple Genesis Pets and Habitats, we wanted to make sure those all found their way to owners before we started opening boxes.
