How To Qualify For The Lockdrop
5M Staked $GENE will be distributed to active Genovians based on four categories. These categories recognize different ways you’ve contributed to Genopets, and will help determine your share of the lockdrop:
Engagement:
This category rewards players participating in Genopets (Apple l Android) and Pixelton Arena. Whether you’re banking steps, competing in step battles, or battling in Telegram, your engagement counts. The more active you are, the more you’ll earn.Economic:
Players who have burned GENE, held KI tokens, or engaged in economic activities in the Genoverse will be rewarded. This includes actions like Harvesting KI, upgrading Habitats, and crafting items. If you’ve helped fuel the economy, you’re in line for rewards.Collecting:
If you’ve been collecting Genopets NFTs, including Genesis Genopets, Genesis Habitats, Habitats, or Legendary SFTs, you’ll be recognized for your commitment to building a valuable collection in the Genopets ecosystem.Community:
For most active members of our community, including DNA members and Discord Mods, this category is for you. Thank you for helping to grow the Genopets community and keeping it thriving.
What’s Next: $ELITE Airdrop
The $GENE lockdrop will be distributed ahead of the TGE of $ELITE. No need to do anything you aren’t already doing to qualify (keep playing and holding your Genopets).
A date to qualify for the lockdrop won’t be announced, but we will announce once the lockdrop is complete. Then you will be able to visit the $GENE staking page to see if you qualified. At TGE, $ELITE will be claimable by $GENE stakers on the same page.
Note: All $GENE received in the lockdrop automatically qualifies for the first $ELITE Airdrop.
